Michael is a proud Biripi and Worimi descendant from the Cook and Syron families. Michael has forged a path for Aboriginal business in Australia. He is a respected Aboriginal business leader, and sits on a number of Boards and Committees including as Deputy Chair of the NSW Diversity & Inclusion Committee for the Property Council of Australia. As Executive Chairman of The Dreaming Foundation, Michael is determined to see funding improved independent of Government to Close the Gap.

David Liddiard OAM has dedicated his life post a successful NRL career to helping, support and guiding Aboriginal Australians. As an Aboriginal Australian, David is passionate about Closing the Gap between the opportunities that exist for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people and the rest of the community, particularly in the areas of economic security, education, employment, health, and wellbeing. He is committed to facilitating opportunities for improvement through Indigenous traineeships, apprenticeships, and mentoring. In 2009 he was awarded a Churchill Fellowship in the area of Minority Supplier Diversity, and In 2014 he received an OAM for services to Indigenous youth, sporting and employment programmes.

For over 30 years Zell has had substantial experience within the NGO sectors in Aged Care (HACC/CHSP and Residential aged care), National Health Professional Organisation (NATSIHWA based in Canberra) and in Governments (State and Commonwealth) with portfolios in Adelaide Health Service, Health Workforce Australia, Aged care, Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, developing the Cultural Capabilities of government staff. She has extensive networks within the NGO, Government (State and Commonwealth) and Research sectors. Zell is deeply committed to improving the health and wellbeing of our people. She is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Yadu Health Aboriginal Corporation and have extensive experience in the Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Sector. She was a member of the NIAA National Voice and recently undertook consultations in Ceduna, Mount Gambier and Murray Bridge. Zell is also a member of the Remote Accord which focuses on Workforce development and recruitment in Aged Care at a national level, with significant input into areas of remote and very remote.

Sharon is a descendant of the Dunghutti and Gumbaynggirr language groups from the mid-north coast of NSW. She was a member of the victorious Australian Netball Diamonds World Cup teams in 1991 and 1999, Commonwealth Games team in 1990 and was awarded the Medal of the Order of Australia (OAM) for her service to the sport of netball. Her industry experience spans over three decades, working in the private, public and community sectors, including state government, educational and financial institutions, not for profit organisations, media and sport. She is the co-owner of the Institute of Sport, Culture and Leadership Pty Ltd and Sharoma Indigenous Corporation trading as Sport, Culture and Leadership Academy; is currently a member of the Netball Australia First Nations Advisory Committee, Netball Queensland Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Advisory Committee; and a Stadiums Queensland Board Director.

Anthony is an experienced corporate leader and advisor. His career has focussed on leadership in areas of strategy, M&A, transactional finance, transformational change, business management and growth initiatives. With a strong sense of 'giving back', Anthony is a trusted partner and Co Founder of The Dreaming Foundation alongside David Liddard OAM and Michael Manikas.
